Mechanism of action of Vitamin E : Vitamin E Is A Fat-soluble Vitamin With Antioxidant Properties. It Binds To Oxygen Free Radicals And Lipid Radicals. These Are The Substances That Can Cause Tissue And Cell Membrane Damage. Vitamin E Thus Protects The Cell Membrane From Oxidative Damage.
