Mechanism of action of Mefenamic Acid :Mefenamic Acid Acts By Blocking The Effect Of Enzymes Called Cyclo-oxygenase (COX). By Blocking The Effect Of COX Enzymes, Prostaglandins (a Hormone-like Substance) Production Is Reduced Resulting In Ease Of Pain And Inflammation.
